What is KW Cares?

KW Cares is the brainchild of Keller Williams agents who
had a dream to reach out and support fellow KW associates
 in times of need. Mo Anderson, vice chairman of Keller
 Williams Realty Inc., took this dream and brought it to
 fruition as a public charity – KW Cares.

Today, KW Cares is supported by all our associates across
 North America. It has truly become the heart of the
Keller Williams culture in action – finding and serving
 the higher purpose of business through charitable giving
in the market centers and communities where our associates
 live and work.

our Brokers and Associates. Keller Williams Realty
Associates receive the very best in real estate education
 through ongoing training from Keller Williams University.
Keller Williams University was developed around a
“learning-based belief” system.
A learning belief system is based on the theory that an
 individual is learning based when they have made the
decision to use effective learning as the foundation piece
 for their action plan to develop their life. This is not
knowledge for knowledge sake, but “knowing for doing
sake.” At Keller Williams Realty our education programs
provide our associate/partners a learning-based
environment. Our associate/partners are encouraged
to develop a learning plan that incorporates the steps
to self-mastery. 

 
Keller Williams Profit Sharing

Multiple streams of income are necessary when
looking to make a career out of real estate:
 
Profit Share Does Not Come From Associates
Commission.

Profit Sharing is a means for distributing the wealth and
 rewarding associates for growing the company.

 

The Keller Williams Realty Profit Share System was designed
to reward its associates for building the company.

 

The program allows any Keller Williams Realty associate,
affiliate broker, or employee the opportunity to participate
in the profits they help generate without assuming any financial
risks.

 

You are vested after three years (you get paid immediately
but vested forever after three years!).  This means you can
leave real estate and still get pay checks forever!   As long
as the team of agents you built below you are selling anything
 at all and those offices are profitable.

 

The The OC Coastal group is already Profit Sharing. 
Something other company's agents can not even concieve
of.  "Instead of finding ways to take my money, Keller Williams
 is actually paying me some of theirs!"
